Leeds transfer news – Bright Osayi-Samuel
According to TEAMtalk, the Whites are one of three English sides in the race to land Fenerbahce defender Bright Osayi-Samuel ahead of the second half of the season.
The report has claimed that Premier League teams Wolverhampton Wanderers and Crystal Palace are also eyeing up a swoop for the Nigeria international.

It is stated that Palace are currently ahead of Leeds and Wolves in the pursuit of the former QPR star and there is no mention of how much he would cost in January.
Daniel Farke could, though, ditch Luke Ayling by securing a deal to sign Osayi-Samuel ahead of the two top-flight clubs at the turn of the year.
Luke Ayling's season in numbers
The veteran full-back has lost his starting place to 17-year-old Archie Gray, who is a central midfielder by trade, under the German head coach this season.
He has only made eight Championship starts and featured in 14 league matches in total since the club were relegated from the Premier League.
Ayling has averaged 2.8 tackles and interceptions per game, with a duel success rate of 53%, but has also been dribbled past 1.1 times per match and only been successful with 24% of his attempted dribbles in those 14 outings.
The 32-year-old battler has also contributed with one goal and one assist from right-back, and these statistics have not done enough to convince Farke that he has what it takes to be his first-choice option in that position.
Bringing in a new number two, in Osayi-Samuel, would leave Ayling further down the pecking order and allow the manager to part ways with him in January, or next summer when his contract expires.

The Whites target has been a regular starter for Fenerbahce and caught the eye with his impressive defensive displays for the Turkish giants.
Osayi-Samuel has averaged 3.1 tackles and interceptions combined per match, with a duel success rate of 59%, and has only been dribbled past 0.3 times per clash across 12 Super Lig appearances.
These statistics show that the 25-year-old, who is seven years younger than Ayling, can win possession back more frequently than the current Leeds defender and does not allow opposition players to get the better of him anywhere near as often as the English dud.

The Fenerbahce star, who has improved since his struggles last season, also has experience in English football. During his time with QPR, manager Mark Warburton claimed that he "terrifies defenders" with his sheer pace.
Throughout the 2019/20 and 2020/21 campaigns combined, Osayi-Samuel racked up eight goals, ten assists, and 13 'big chances' created in 54 Championship starts as a winger.

وبحسب مصادرنا في النادي التركي فإن فايد لديه عرض بالفعل من نادي بيرشوت الذي يدربه أسطورة ليفربول وفناربخشة السابق، ديرك كاوت.
كاوت حصل على مهمة تدريب بيرشوت قبل أسابيع وهي رابع التجارب له منذ الاعتزال في عام 2018 بعد مسيرة طويلة من الإنجازات.

That was similar at the Emirates, although how they didn't score is beyond any who bore witness to the game. It's only right, therefore, that the club's attack is criticised after such a result.

However, his forward play was indecisive, toothless and lacking a golden touch. The former Chelsea star happened to pass up two of those aforementioned 'big chances'.
In the opening 45 minutes he curled a shot from range straight at Alisson but the biggest of chances came towards the end of the half. He took the ball inside the Liverpool penalty area but couldn't sort his feet out and only managed a tame effort straight at the goalkeeper.

Since breaking through the Hale End academy Bukayo Saka has been rather immune to criticism. Rightfully so. This is a player who finished the last campaign as Arsenal's joint-top goalscorer. It's also an individual with nine goals and 12 assists this term.
However, the £195k-per-week earner was in poor form at the Emirates this weekend and deserves an equal share of the blame.
Saka did score against Fulham last week, albeit from a matter of yards out, but it feels like the incisive finishing we've got so used to seeing from the 22-year-old has deserted him.
He now only has one goal in his last seven matches and sums up the dire patch Arsenal's forward line finds themselves in. The England international passed up one of those earlier mentioned big chances, somehow firing over the bar from a cross in the second half when it looked easier to score.

That typified a display that was certainly not classic Saka who on more than one occasion saw his route to the penalty area blocked by an irremovable Joe Gomez who won four out of his seven contested ground duels.
Saka, on the other hand, failed with all four of his attempted dribbles and won just three of his ten ground duels. The right winger will of course have better days at the office but it must be a worry that even Arteta's most reliable of commanders is finding life difficult at the moment.
The academy graduate must get better, as must his colleagues in the offensive line.

Pitted against just one challenger, former West Indies team manager Ricky Skerritt, Cameron lost by an 8-4 margin after the elections were conducted through a secret ballot on Sunday.Emmanuel Nanthan, who was also standing for a fourth term as Cameron’s deputy, was beaten by the same margin by Kishore Shallow, an entrepreneur and president of the St Vincent & The Grenadines Cricket Association. Both Skerritt, who is 62, and Shallow, 35, are also CWI directors.Cameron had to swallow the embarrassment of defeat on home turf – he is understood to have moved the CWI annual general meeting to Jamaica. The turnaround might have come as a shock for Cameron, who was part of the CWI for 17 years, and took charge as board president in March 2013 replacing Julien Hunte, before which he was a vice-president of the board.
